INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
PRIOR TO TREATMENT
During this treatment, you’ll be lying on your stomach and back. Your upper garments and neck jewellery should be removed to ensure maximum comfort. Sheets, blanket, and back support are provided to make sure you are completely at ease. Massage techniques will focus on your neck, shoulders and upper back, as well as working around the shoulder blades and upper arms to accommodate your needs. Oils will be applied to your head and perform friction to your scalp, followed by various slow massage techniques to your head, forehead and the area around your eyes and ears. After the session, we recommend having a towel, hat or head wrap handy, as your hair will have oil in it. It’s recommended having dry hair at the beginning of the session. It does not need to be freshly cleaned, but needs to be brushed and maintained. Also recommend avoiding makeup if possible.
