How the event works:

- Choose one theme listed or create a new one
- Choose your guests
- Choose your location ( your home or event space) you’d like to host
- Enjoy!
What is provided:
- An individual yoga session custom to you and yours
- Meditation, Breathwork, Inspired Poses, Modifications, Props (bolsters, straps, blocks and other)
- Hands on assistance to deepen your pose and relaxation
- A one-of-a-kind experience to enter the holiday season with grace, kindness, and mindfulness
